Collagen Espresso Smoothie

Can't decide between a coffee and a smoothie for breakfast? Try this easy caffeinated smoothie recipe that also contains an added boost of healthy protein.

Serves 1 - 5min preparation time


1 espresso (2oz)

1 cup milk of your choice

2 tbsp collagen powder

1 tbsp cacao

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp honey

¼ tspn cinnamon

1 cup ice


Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
