Berry Hemp Smoothie



A refreshing smoothie recipe the whole family will like with a little extra protein boost.


Serves 1 - Preparation time 5min


Ingredients:

2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup water

2 tablespoon of Hemp Seeds

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
