Superfood Overnight Oats

Always rushing in the morning? Make this simple and nutritious on-the-go breakfast ahead of time to keep you full, focused and energized.



INGREDIENTS:

(Makes approximately 1-2 servings)

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

2 tbsp. Eternae by Nature Organic Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup berries of choice

1 tbsp. honey

Optional: Add Eternae by Nature Organic Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds or Cacao Powder for an additional superfood boost.


DIRECTIONS:

Combine the oats, hemp seed and other additional toppings in a small cup or jar. Pour milk over the oat and seed mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with honey, berries and other favorites before eating.
