Gluten-Free Flax Seed Cookies

These gluten-free flaxseed cookies will satisfy your sweet-tooth all while offering superfood benefits.



INGREDIENTS:

(Makes approximately 10-12 cookies)

2/3 cup Eternae by Nature Organic Milled Flax Seeds

1/2 cup nut butter of choice

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Optional: 2/3 cup chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, stir together milled flax seeds, nut butter, honey, milk and vanilla until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide into desired cookie size (approximately 1.5 inches in diameter) and bake on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
