Your favorite sweet snack redesigned with your health in mind. Make it ahead of time for busy days or slow mornings and add the toppings once you’re ready!
INGREDIENTS:
(Makes approximately 2-3 servings)
6 tbsp. Eternae by Nature Organic Chia Seeds
2 cups milk of choice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sweetener of choice (ex: honey, agave, etc.)
Top with berries
Optional: Add Eternae by Nature Organic Flax Seeds, Hemp Seeds or Cacao Powder for an additional superfood boost.
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener and vanilla. Mix everything until well combined and let sit in fridge for 1-2 hours or until pudding-like consistency. When ready to serve, divide the mixture into desired proportions, add toppings and enjoy!
